Zoe and I are collaborating on a summer project - a webcomic called Angry Octopus Comics. The premise is basically that by the end of every comic, the octopus will be angry for some reason.
So far it is going well and lots of fun! She has come up with most of the strip ideas, then I help her storyboard them out. She draws a lot of the elements which I scan in; I draw some odds and ends, kind of stitch everything together in Photoshop and add some special effects. Then publish! We will update twice a week for the summer.
It was quite the exciting day when it was linked on MetaFilter and people visited from around the world! Zoe loved watching various states and countries fill in on the map generated by Google Analytics.
